“Excellent service, fast delivery. Shoes are very high quality for the price, these will look great for my wedding. Fit is a little narrow but I have wide feet so hoping to stretch them a little as they are perfect. Would highly recommend.”

“I ordered a matching bag and shoes, £136, bag in fact discontinued, promise of a free return for shoes, not received. Sent shoes back which cost money. Disappointed - shoes lovely.”

“After giving Rainbow Club shoes a 1* review a couple of weeks ago, following an issue with an incorrect pair of shoes being sent, I must today say I cannot fault the help and assistance I have had from Richard and Kerrie. I received a prompt email, and from then on, I have been nothing but highly impressed with the service I've had. This is my second pair of Rainbow Club shoes, having bought my first pair for my daughter's wedding last year, and I knew them to be fantastic quality, very comfortable shoes, it was just the poor service I had issue with. Thank you to all concerned for handling my complaint so efficiently, and ensuring the correct shoes were sent, dyed, and returned to me in time for my daughter's wedding.”

“Beautiful products. Have ordered 4 handbags, 7 pairs of shoes and shoe clips and used colour match dying to match bridesmaid dresses. All look amazing. When sized weren’t right and needed to exchange this was done very quickly with no issues. Would definitely recommend and have to other friends planning their weddings! Wonderful service!”

“The Shoe clips I ordered and paid for I did not receive The order form said IN STOCK —— Following day I was told you have no stock! So my Rainbow Shoes will have NO Rose Clips on You asked me to review my order which I have done You typed Hi A Not sure who that is?”

“I ordered two pairs of shoes that were shown in shown in stock. One pair was delivered. After a week I asked if the other pair had been despatched yet only to be told that they weren’t in stock and I would be getting a refund. No offer of an alternative and they only told me because I asked where the other pair were.”

“I selected a beautiful pair of wedding shoes, which were noted as being on sale. I purchased the shoes online, and was told then that these would be a "back order", as these were currently out of stock. I have some time before my wedding so wasn't overly concerned. The following day, I then received an email saying that my order had been cancelled, and my money refunded, with no further explanation. I then received a further email, which said that the shoes had in fact been discontinued, and I wouldn't be able to have them after all. I found it to be very poor that these were still being advertised, and that I was able to purchase these, if in fact they are no longer in stock and have been discontinued. The one positive is that the money was refunded to me very quickly.”
