“They come up small and I would say order 1 size or 0.5 size bigger”

Hi Thank you for your comments. Our shoes are standard fitting length wise, however satin is such a stiff material it does not give as much as leather shoes, therefore if you have slightly wider feet we would advise going up half to a whole size as you have suggested. “Bought these shoes for my wedding (I have child sized feet!) Perfect match for my dress. Not the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought (have found that sizes on the small side compared to other makes) but they look fab, may have to take them off for the dancing though!”

“I did a lot of research into bridal shoes before fixing on the rainbow club. They are very efficient with a great customer feedback and when I recieved my shoes they were spot on. I wouldn't normally purchase such an important thing online but the reviews I read really helped me which is why I'm writing this one.”

“I purchased the Ashley court bridal shoes. I recieved my bridal shoes after 5 days. The excitement of receiving them was equally matched when I opened them. They are exactly the same as the picture. The big test was trying them on, I got them in a 5 which is normally what I take in a court shoe. To say they fit like a glove is an understatement. They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever put on my foot!!! I will of course have to spend a day in them for the real test!!! The personalised sole of the shoe is such a nice touch, and the fact that they can be dyed is money well spent to me. As they say you get what you pay for. I have bought other shoes and they pale in comparison. I have recommended this company to any bride I know as I'm so confident with my purchase.”

“I purchased rainbow shoes for my daughters wedding, loved the shoes but had a little problem with them however rainbow club have been outstanding in dealing with the problem. I have been dealing with a lady called Kerrie and I can honestly say she has been fantastic nothing has been too much trouble, I was sent a pre-paid bag to return the shoes,then replacements shoes sent for me to try along with another pre- paid bag to return the shoes to have them dyed the same colour as my original shoes, my new shoes have arrived today and I am thrilled with them. I am a retail manger myself so always look out for good customer service I didn't receive good service from rainbow club I received brilliant service, would recommend this company to anyone and once again thank Kerrie for all her help.”

“Julia Norman is fantastic. Your staff represent excellent customer service and professionalism. I faced a dilemma exchanging shoes with one of your stockists who had gone into liquidation. Julia was very helpful and Rainbow club have been accommodating beyond expectation. I cannot thank you enough! Too often people are quick to complain but on this occasion compliments are well deserved. A very satisfied customer.”
