“I ordered some shoes for my daughter last Thursday night with express delivery too as I needed them ASAP. When I put the purchase in the trolley it said that they were available and on my email also said that I would have received it on Monday. Never had them on Monday so I phoned Tuesday morning and I'd got told that they weren't available for a long time now. So I had to cancel the order. A bit disappointed as I liked those shoe and this website was the only one who had the size I need”

“The shoes were sadly too small. Was pleased with free postage however but wasn't particularly happy with having to pay to return the item. Free delivery should mean free returns. Was going to order some more but not planning to now as will have to potentially pay to return them again!”

“I like the products. However, the information on the website is often incorrect, e.g. shoes are shown to be wide fit but upon enquiry it became clear that they aren't wide fit. The search criteria on the website don't work either, e.g. when choosing to search for flat shoes only, half the search results have a high heel. Overall good products and swift delivery though.”

“My shoes arrived so quickly (which wasn't a worry, my wedding isn't until next year but I saw them and fell in love). They're even better in person than they are on the website, they're absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Tiny details are so cute, like the little diamante on the sole of the shoe. I'm in love! I keep wandering about the house in them, can't wait for my wedding day!”
