“I received a text message on my phone on Monday, April 23rd. It told me that the shoes would be delivred on Tuesday, April 24th, between 8am and 6pm. I stayed home all day, and received neither my shoes nor a phone call from the delivery team. Chronopost was supposed to deliver the shoes, but I have no news. I went on the website and the message is "We were unable to deliver your parcel Track your parcel here for regular updates" https://vod.ebay.co.uk/vod/FetchOrderDetails?transId=2248792239015&itemId=252952300635&qu=1&gu=1&ul_noapp=true The estimated delivery date is Wed. 25 Apr. - Mon. 7 May, so I hope the shoes will be here before I get married. If you can help me with this problem, please feel free to contact or call me. Thank you very much for your help”

“I purchased a pair of Vivian Rainbow Club shoes for my wedding as they were the most comfortable high heel that I have ever stepped into. I then had the idea to have an artist draw on them which went horribly wrong "not recommended". To cover up the shoddy work of the artist my only option was to have them covered, this was 2 days before my wedding so had no time to send the shoes back to Rainbow to have a professional job carried out, I left them into a local cobbler. My bridesmaids collected the shoes the evening before my wedding. I never taught of looking at them until I went to step into them the morning of the wedding, the heels were not put back on the shoes correctly, they felt wobbly so I could not wear them. I had to take a quick run to the shops that morning to pick up any old pair, NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY WERE NOT AS COMFORTABLE as my beautiful rainbow. When I eventually calmed down after the wedding, I got in contact with Rainbow to see if there was anything they could do with my shoes as I would love to be able wear them to the races. The customer service I received from Kerrie Edworthy was 5*. I was delighted with the shoes, the comfort and the customer experience. I would highly recommend all brides to try on a rainbow shoe before looking elsewhere. It is a comfort to know that the customer service is there for you after your big day, and the option to have them done in a different colour for you to wear again. AMAZING COMPANY. To sound like my granny " you don't get that customer service these days" !!!!! Best Wishes Suzanne Maher”

“Rainbow Club website is excellent and it is really easy to purchase. I was also very impressed with the text updates I received regarding the delivery of the item. The item was packaged nicely and overall I was very impressed. I think the biggest improvement would be if returns were free of charge as I was very nervous to purchase in case the shoes didn't fit, knowing I would have to pay for the return myself.”

“I had a last minute panic about my veil - just days before my wedding. I saw something on your website that I felt might be perfect. I called up - and you were so helpful - even sending additional photos through to my email. I decided to get it - and it was sent out that day, on a one day delivery - arriving the day before my wedding! It was absolutely perfect - and I am so grateful you for making it happen.
