“Shoes arrived very quickly even though I had not chosen express delivery. Communication with delivery company excellent - was able to arrange a safe drop off point. Shoes themselves are lovely. Went for a size 2. My daughter is a 2.5 clarks fitting but she has extremely narrow feet and we have real trouble getting shoes that fit even from Clarks these days having a D fitting at best. Will need to make an additional hole in the strap to pull them in a bit tighter but they fit fine and go perfectly with her communion dress. Would highly recommend.”

“Love the idea of being able to dye shoes, but had to order the same size three times to get a proper fit, as each pair were a different fit. Also if you order these from one of the high street shops rather than direct you don't pay for return post as you do with orders direct form rainbow., which can be costly when you return various items. Hope they don't shrink when dyed.”

“Absolute amazing experience. Unfortunately the first pair I have ordered was a bit too large, however, I could just exchange them. All the people I was in contact with were fabulous, from the customer services team to the people working in the depot (Exeter). Very helpful and friendly. And the best thing. I love the shoes. High quality, very comfortable and just beautiful. Cannot wait to wear them on my big day.”

“I can only say that Rainbow Club have been fantastic to me. They are so efficient and helpful. The shoes that I have received are of an exceptional standard. Nathaniel who helped me with issues was an absolute gem and could not have done more to make sure I was happy with my order. I wouldn't hesitate to use Rainbow Club again they are brilliant!!”

“I ordered 2 pairs of wedding shoes to try and as they weren't appropriate I had to return them, This cost me £11!! I won't be ordering any more, as there are lots of other companies that offer free return services.”

“BEWARE LADIES The 4 pair of Rainbow shoes that I ordered for wide feet did not fit. When I finally found a pair of shoes that were comfortable and sent them off to Rainbow to be dyed, had a phone call a week later to inform me that they do not dye other makes. Managed to get Rainbow to send them to another company that dyes shoes (which is going to cost me twice as much as gain) they did not put the color swatch in the box, nor my name or my address. Upon ringing Rainbow for some help in resolving the problem all I get is "we are sorry but we have lost the swatch and the lady that dealt with your order has gone abroad on holiday, we can send you a similar colored swatch to help out!!!!!!!!!!!!" We would have refunded you the purchase price but as you didn't buy directly from us so we can't. I now have three weeks (and an ulcer) to sort this mess out”

“I was unfortunately missing the chain to the handbag purchased. After a call to customer services I received an apology and assurance that the chain would be sent. Arrived 1st class the next morning. Was very happy with service received and now look forward to receiving back my dyed shoes and handbag.”

“The shoes are beautiful and were delivered quickly. I bought 2 sizes and was able to return the unsuitable ones without any fuss. I didn't realise when I bought them off eBay that they were coming from rainbow club themselves. Would highly recommend”
