“I am so happy with my Wedding shoes that I have bought. The service was quick and efficient from ordering to delivery & they were very helpful with answering my questions after I had received them. The reason I only have a 4 out of 5 was because when looking at website it says you can have shoes dyed to specific colour, it was only when I received my shoes & thought i might have to get them dyed white, that it was explained that because the shoe was ivory satin it would only come up as an off white. Luckily enough they were light enough to match my dress as my dress is an ivory white.”

“Having ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding day in my usual size they arrived the next day but on trying them on I decided I would be better with a half size bigger. I placed a new order and returned the original pair with no problems, my new pair arrived but had a slight and I mean very slight mark on the shoe, I contacted Rainbow Club by email who dealt with my issue immediately. The customer service of this company is second to none, would definitely recommend them. First class”

“Julia at Rainbow Shoes has been excellent. I was struggling to find wedding shoes, and emailed for some advice based on what style I wanted. She came back and suggested 2 different styles, 1 of which I purchased and am thrilled with. I would definitely recommend your products and customer service.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes and colour chart for dyeing as well as a clutch bag. They arrived two days later, well boxed and packaged. The only problem was they sent a size 6 instead of a 3. I sent an email that same evening that they arrived and by 9.09am the following morning they replied back apologising and sent out the correct size that same day and the shoes arrived the following day. Also they sent a return bag for me to send the wrong size shoes back. I have also sent shoes and bag off to be dyed and I'm awaiting their return. So, so far I have been very pleased with the service.”

“I just wanted to say how beautiful my wedding shoes were and how comfortable they were too! Thank you so much for providing such great service and great range of shoes to choose from at an affordable price! I ordered the Coconut ice, satin ankle straps (for my wedding last October) and they were fantastic and not too high! My bridesmaids loved theirs too and the colour match was perfect! Amazing service thank you. The only thing I would say is that I did have a couple of issues with your delivery service, which was shame, but when I called and spoke to someone, this was resolved very quickly and the shoes arrived the next day! Thank you again!”

“After I bought my rainbow shoes I saw the leaflet offering a free dying service. Sent them off and they came back so quickly, very efficient. The colour was amazing. What a fantastic idea .”
