“The shoes look lovely, but for someone with slim feet I found the sides and toes far too low - most of my foot ends up outside the shoe.”

“Tallulah satin shoe very pleased with silver edging makes the look sparkle - sent off for dying and my artist friend is going to paint a gold leaf pattern to match my wedding dress can’t wait for the finished shoe”

“Unfortunately the shoes I ordered were out of stock so I was disappointed and everything had gone up back to full price as I bought them on sale. However the sales representative was really helpful”

“The parcel was despatched very quickly and well packed. The delivery company kept me well informed. Unfortuantely I selected a size too small so had to return the shoes. The return label included in the box which made it a simple process. Thank you.”

“Thankyou for my beautiful shoes . They are perfect ! Very good quality and very comfortable. It was great that you did size 6.5 as I know my feet will swell after a whole day so I’m hoping they will be comfy all day . They also match my dress perfectly.”

“Receipt of shoes was fast but they were returned last Friday with signature required and we have still no acknowledgement from you or return of money. The review and rating should be separate.”

I am sorry you have not received this yet, I have checked our system and can see your refund and email confirmation of the refund was sent on the 20th November - i can take a few days to show on your bank statement but you should have received the confirmation email, or it may have gone to your spam if not. “I really liked the shoes. They came very fast but I had an issue with a discount. I bought 2 pairs at 30% off. I e-mailed to say I needed to try a larger pair in one size to see were they better. Then I would return one of them. I ordered the larger size and when I wanted to return I was not allowed get the 30% discount. I had specifically e-mailed to explain the situation and was told I didn't explicitly say exchange. I had bought them based on the price and was disappointed with the e-mail correspondence and that the discount couldn't have been applied. As it was I was paying for returns. Otherwise it would have been a much better experience.”

“I found the pair of shoes I wanted in Belgium while on a business trip. I wanted to find them in the uk. When I emailed I was told that they didn’t exist and basically tough luck! I still bought from you but I was very sad by the response.”

Thank you for your review - I am sorry to hear this. We have a distributor who sells in Belgium and they do sell a slightly different range to the one in the UK. This is an exclusive range which is not available to purchase in the UK. I hope this helps. Many thanks Rainbow Club
