“I was very pleased with the quick service , and my shoes are fabulous , just one small thing , the right shoe is slightly too big , and going down a size would not help can you suggest anything ?”

Hi Maggie Thank you for your review. We would recommend trying a heel grip to pad out the back of the shoes. You can get leather ones which are more padded than the gel, but it might depend on how big the shoes are, so it may be worth trying a few to get the right ones. “Well the shoes are beautiful - Darbi shoe for bridesmaids but they are meant to be a silver shimmer however mine are totally gold and in no way silver which is what I ordered and what is stipulated on the box! So I will need to return them”

“Great service and quick delivery well informed. Loved my shoes but unfortunately they weren't wide enough so had to send them back???????? Would have been good to have had free returns. £4.50 to send back as signed for?”

“I cannot speak highly enough of the level of customer service I received from Rainbow. They have patiently helped me to get just the right colour for my shoes and handbag for my mother of the bride outfit. Their response to emails and in sending out swatches is quick, and once I had finally decided on the colour my beautifully dyed shoes and bag were returned to me in 2 days. I absolutely love them and my outfit is now perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending Rainbow and it goes without saying that my daughter's 5 little bridesmaids will all be wearing Rainbow shoes at the wedding!”

“Ordered two pairs as couldn't decide til I'd tried them on ! They came very quickly and were well packed. Only downside I could only keep one pair so had to pay £6.75 recorded delivery to send the unwanted pair back would have been lovely to have had free returns but other than that wonderful shoes excellent service.”
