“I ordered and paid for four pairs of shoes only to be told one was out of stock and I had been refunded. The thee pairs that did come were all very small and very narrow and the lace pair that I liked the best were too small and very high at the back and would have rubbed your ankle raw. I am a standard size four so was very disappointed as I was looking forward to having them dyed to be the perfect colour.”

“Brought my bridal shoes with the expectation of them not fitting my ridiculous wide feet, and to my utter astonishment they fit perfectly, took the advice of getting half a size bigger and they fit like a glove. They are also so comfortable, thank you Rainbow Club, a beautiful pair of shoes and cannot wait to wear them. X”

“Very smart shoe. Happy with product it's wide fitting the cushion is nice on the feet and would be able to re colour them and be able to wear them at a friend's wedding. Fantastic purchase.”

“Tried the shoes on in a stockist, loved them but wanted a different colour. Ordered the same size in different variations online and the sizing was way out! Couldn't even fit my feet into them. £17 to return 👎I emailed to ask if I could return them locally but customer service advised there was nothing they could do. Be careful before ordering!”

HI Jessica Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with your purchase. Our shoes do not vary and are all made in the same place, so they should be consistent with sizing. Unfortunately our retailers are all independent stores so they own the stock, so this is why you have to return them directly to us, apologies for this. “I ordered my bridesmaid a pair of shoes, to then recieve an e mail stating these shoes were not in stock. I then again ordered the same shoe, telling me online "hurry only 5 left in stock" very confusing and disappointing, another e mail over a week later, telling me a refund had been done as i had not updated my order? Really poor customer service. Anywhere i have shopped online if you dont get the product a refund is first priority, not pay and get no product. I went to john lewis and bought 2 pairs in the end, should of done this in the first place.”

Our systems are kept as up to date as possible with stock levels, but sometimes orders can overlap meaning stock is not 100% accurate to our physical stock. “The shoes arrived quickly, although they were sent to my billing address rather than delivery address. Luckily the parcel was taken in by a neighboring building, otherwise they may have been taken back to a Royal Mail delivery office which would have been very inconvenient as they were ordered to arrive in time for a wedding dress fitting. The shoes however were beautiful - the limited edition Margot. Very comfortable to wear, elegant and a perfect match for my wedding dress. I was struggling to find my wedding shoes but these are the perfect pair! Very happy! Normally a size six, but the shoes come up small so a size 6.5 were the best fit (unless you go for a wide-fit style, which I would suggest going down by half a size).”
