“My son was married last weekend and I wore my shoes for 12+ hours without an ache or rub anywhere. Fantastic and before that Rainbow dyed my shoes to match my emerald green jacket. All round excellent service and would certainly recommend Rainbow to anyone.”

“Firstly I bought size 4.5 from House of Fraser but shoes were too tight in toe area although perfect size in length. Very surprising as I have narrow feet! I returned them and bought size 5 directly from Rainbow. The width in toe area is correct but they're too big. The sole is almost perfect if made more suitable to dance on wooden floor. What I love: heal height - just perfect design/look - beautiful quality & attention to detail customer service - helpful you can buy directly from Rainbow club Rainbow Club - please, please carry out more research reg. fit and practicality.”

“These shoes are beautiful but they are very very small fitting! I'm btw a size 4 & 5 so I ordered a 4.5 but they are so small I could hardly get my foot in. My mum is btw a size 3 & 4 and they were even tight on her! I'm so disappointed as I'm having to send them back & reorder but I'm so unsure of what size to order as I even think a 5 will be too small, it's going to cost me a fortune on postage.. Apart from that the shoes are a beautiful shape & look good quality .. I love them! It's just a pity they are small fitting! Thank you”

“Wow!!! What fantastic service. I cannot believe how helpful your consultant was. I phoned up and explained that I was completely cut off in the country with no transport to get to any town that was nearby to go and try on your shoes. She suggested that I ordered 2 pairs in different sizes and then send them both pairs back.The pair that fitted me to be dyed and the second pair to be returned back for a credit. I placed the order and they arrived so quickly. Well I would never have thought to do that in a million years. Honestly I just want to say a very big thank you as your service has been amazing!!!!
