“Bought shoes for my daughters communion found it really hard to find flat shoes they are lovely with her dress really white which is also hard to find”

“The shoes I ordered were too small so I returned them and reordered the next size.the refund was quite prompt and my replacement shoes came soon after and are beautiful and so well packaged,I'm very happy with the service .”

“Shoes are absolutely amazing. Please use a different delivery company. Shoes were left in a box outside. I wouldn't have minded had the delivery person signed for them themselves and no card was through the door!”

“Sadly, I have had to return my pack. I misunderstood the website!!! I thought I was receiving a colour chart but that was not the case. However, I still plan to use the Rainbow Club but through a retailer when I purchase my shoes and handbag. I just thought it would be useful to have a colour chart in my own home to match against my outfit but it was not to be!!! I do think it would be a useful idea for customers to be able to have a colour chart, even if they have to pay for it. After all I was prepared to pay £25.”

“I ordered a pair of Rainbow Club shoes for my daughter's wedding, having failed to find any suitable ones locally. I intended to have them dyed to match my outfit, but wanted to check the fit at home first. I only had four weeks until the wedding, but thought that would be enough time. The shoes arrived today, and are a completely different pair to the ones I ordered and that are listed on my invoice. The names of the shoes are in no way similar, nor are the styles of shoe. Aware that time is starting to run out, I called straightaway, and was told I would have to wait for a returns bag to return them free of charge, and await my refund, before ordering the pair I had already ordered! The alternative was to pay again, so be out of pocket twice until the return and refund was made. I think this is completely unreasonable considering the mistake was entirely yours. My invoice states my shoes have been carefully inspected and packed, but I beg to differ. Whoever is responsible couldn't have got my order more wrong if they'd tried. Because time is running out, I had no choice but to order the shoes again, so I have now been charged £150 for two pairs of supposedly the same shoe. Obviously one will be refunded, but not before I have been seriously out of pocket for around 10 days. As soon as the correct shoes arrive, I will then have to order and pay for the colour package too, all before my refund is made, and also be worried they will not be dyed/arrive in time for the wedding. Very poor service indeed.”
