“I saw the shoes I liked on-line John Lewis but they did not have my size .I saw they were Rainbow Club so looked you up on - line .Your service was so quick .Unfortunately I had ordered too large a size but exchange was very efficient and quick .I am so pleased with the shoes .”

“Shoes came on time and were a good fit. I already have the shoes in a size six but needed a five and a half due to my odd sized feet. I now have another pair u.worn left 6 right 51/2.”

“All emails and questions answered promptly and well. Shoes also returned promptly and I'm thrilled with the result. However.... I think the colour pack should come with colour options. I wasn't really bothered what colour navy blue my shoes were. I would have been happy to simply pick a standard colour offered by you. And the image on the website does seem to show that the pack comes with a colour chart.”

“I was seeking to have my original shoes and bag in ivory dyed to match a new outfit. Rainbow were extremely prompt and helpful in their advice and responses both on email and by phone when I had additional questions. I have ever expectation they will continue this high quality service as I send off my items for dyeing.”
