“Rainbow Club need to cater more for the older woman who can no longer wear very high heels but can still remarry at 72. Also, only producing four designs in a wider fit is no choice either. A look at Elegant Shoe's website in Birkenhead would be a good idea too, it's totally misleading. They do not stock treble E or F fits and had nothing in a wider fit to show when we drove an hour and a half to Birkenhead, the place to visit, we were told. Nothing could be further from the truth. No stock to walk away with, only to order at a flat rate of £10.00 plus £20.00 to dye. What a total waste of time that visit turned out to be.”

“I ordered my shoes the day before they delivered, and because I wasn't sure of the size they sent 2 pairs of shoes for me to try. I also mentioned that I would be wanting to dye the shoes and bag to match which they straight away organised for me to have the dye pack. After receiving my order, I sent the shoes that I didn't want, and rainbow refunded me straightaway. the shoes I wanted plus the matching handbag, I have now sent for dying and hope to received them in the next 5 working days. I can't complain about the care and attention, I have received from them.”

“Thrilled with Harlow shoes & matching Handbag purchased for my sons wedding. V v comfortable shoes. Have bought the rainbow pack for them both & returned with my dress for colouring. Am really hoping but confident the colour matching will give me a perfect coordination. Delivery service great, packaging of items perfect to protect them. Thank you.”

“Shoes arrived when stated. One pair returned and an e mail arrived the next day to say the refund is being processed. Now my bag and shoes are away to be dyed with my material swatch. so awaiting the return for the final result. Up until now service spot on.”

“I ordered shoes, bag and dye packs and they came very quickly with an excellent notification service. I then sent them both off to be dyed and to say that I am thrilled with the result is putting it mildly. I am so impressed with the service and the quality of the goods that I would have no hesitation in recommending the Rainbow Club to my friends.”

“I would have rated it "Very Good" if I only took into consideration the part where I dealt with Rainbow. But the delivery part with UK Mail was so bad that I rate it "Very Poor". I received a text from UK Mail on Tue 28 June advising me that my parcel would be arriving between 12.23 and 13.23. I made special arrangements to be in all day and in particular during that specific period, but my parcel never came. When I contacted UK Mail a first time they told me they would contact the driver and get back to me. They never did. When I contacted them a second time they told me that they didn't know when my parcel was going to be delivered, if it was going to be delivered that day, didn't allow me to escalate my request of information to a "manager", and then told me that if my parcel was not delivered on that day, IT WOULD NOT BE TREATED AS A PRIORITY to be delivered on the next day and it would just be put once again on the van in an order which was most convenient to UK Mail and I could run again the risk that they would not get to deliver my parcel before close of business if again the roads were very busy?!?!?!? Again, I was refused the right to speak to a manager at UK Mail. I was left very stressed since I was not sure I would receive the shoes in time for the event I was attending and started looking into alternatives; lots of time, patience and money wasted. What I find most infuriating, is that I had paid Rainbow £7.99 to have my parcel delivered. Any price for such a poor service is too expensive, but £7.99 his highway robbery!”

“The delivery arrived quick which i was pleased with but the shoe sizes are not as per normal sizes. (i even order half size bigger compare to my there shoes) . My biggest issue is that it cost me £20 to send them back to you. How does this work??”

“I was very pleased with the quick and efficient service. Unfortunately the style I chose was a very poor fit even though it was the correct size. So with reluctance I had to return them, but I was credited immediately. Very good service, I was unlucky!”
