“I ordered the Bijou Satin Kitten Heel Shoes for my very tall bridesmaid - the shoes are lovely, even nicer than in the picture. Great delivery service too.”

“I had already purchased some rainbow shoes from in store and needed a bag to match. I am not a massive fan shopping on line but could not find a bag suitable anywhere without buying on line. However using the service, it was really easy to navigate and find what I wanted really quickly and with ease opening an account. I opted for free delivery and was really impressed that I received a text message to advise it would be delivered within 48 hours and another text message giving me an actual time the driver would arrive. The driver arrived at the slot given but what I also liked was had this not been convenient I could have texted an alternative time or location to deliver, i.e. neighbour etc. My handbag was well packed and I loved that when I opened the cardboard box it came in another really nice box and really well presented . The bags is for my wedding day and it felt liked a special occasion opening the packaging and would be great receiving as a gift for anyone. I am happy with my purchase but had this not been the case it comes with clear directions how to return. This is definitely something I would consider using again.”

“AMAZING SERVICE!!! After needing some shoes for a ball, I decided to go for comfort - my wedding shoes. However they were 10 years old, only worn once but looked a little battered. (cream with water marks and some smudges). The box said they could be dyed, so looked up Rainbow Club and sure enough for £25 I could get them coloured. Sent a sample of my fabric and a disclaimer that I would settle for however they came out, understanding that not all the stains might get covered. With under a week to complete them, the staff at Rainbow Club were more than helpful and kept me up to date with everything. They came back today (two days before the ball) and they look amazing. The match is incredible and they look like new!! Cannot rave enough about how helpful they were and I'm so happy with the result.”

“Really nice style and fit, however the material was a little scuffed on the straps from where they have clearly been tried on before. It isn't very noticeable so I will be keeping the shoes. However, I feel the supplier should have picked up on this before dispatching the shoes.”

“Over the moon with Rainbow Club, not only was Julia in customer services extremely helpful but the quality of the products is excellent. I had 6 pairs of shoes dyed for my upcoming wedding and each one matched the dress colours perfectly (and I had a special request for 4 pink and 2 purple which was no trouble for them!). From purchasing the colour packs to delivery of the product, the service has been faultless. Now looking forward to getting another 2 handbags dyed too! Would definitely use this company again should I need to match shoe colour to an outfit. Also bought wedding shoes, 2 veils and shoes clips all of which are excellent quality and well worth the money. Products are evidence of you get what you pay for – excellence. Thanks again Rainbow Club for helping to make special touches for my day just as perfect as they should be!”

“Said there were 6.5 shoes in stock online, ordered them, was charged and said they were dispatched. Was then emailed saying they didn't have any after all. Now without shoes for my wedding.”

“I loved my wedding shoes so much that I have purchased a second pair to wear in years to come (I would have bought a third pair but the style is now discontinued and I snapped up the last shoes in my size). The service was great, I was kept informed every step of the way and the shoes are as comfortable as they are beautiful”
