“My beautiful handbag that had been dyed especially for my daughters wedding was ruined by the one guest who overdid things!! The team at Rainbow helped me replace, dye to match and get the new bag to me in time for my God-daughters wedding 3 weeks later. I cannot praise the company and customer service team highly enough. I also had my shoes dyed and more comfortable shoes I defy you to find. 5 stars is not enough????”

“The service was excellent & the shoes arrived promptly. Unfortunately they didn't fit me & that's partly to my odd feet and not the shoes. Sent them back & received a refund in full a few days later. Good Service.”

“Absolutely love my Betty shoes. Are very comfortable and fit very well. True to the picture/even prettier in real life. Really pleased with the Velcro fastening to keep them on. So excited to wear them! Arrived the next day. Thank you so much Rainbow!”

“My delivery was left outside in torrential rain. The shoes were protected in plastic wrapping however one of the shoes is bent. Poor quality.”

“Excellent product, shoes are beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. Ordered the colour pack as well, so will be getting them colour matched soon. Only complaint was the delivery company, who I thought were really poor. Shoes were meant to arrive Friday, but driver complained there was no access to the building which was not the case, then the same thing happened on the next attempt and finally arrived on the third attempt, but only after some very confusing texts from them, giving me conflicting delivery times. I did feel that I had been really messed around and had to call the company 3 times to find out what was going on! That said, the shoes are excellent, but it does put you off ordering again online due to the hassle! I'd rather pay more for a reliable delivery service.”
