“Sorry but I can only give 1 star when I would give 0. I have NOT had any radiators yet. I ordered them 6 days ago and apart from the initial order confirmation I have received no further emails. So asking for a review is in poor taste.”

“have ordered radiators on a number of occasions now - after initial problem with delivery company all radiators are now arriving next day - which suits us very well. Product fine with good BTU output.”

“Radiator is great, delivery was great but zero communication. When we rang to query delivery the woman didn't even know what a consignment note number was and insisted the order number was it. We got there in the end and I'm happy with the radiator and speed of delivery but a bit of in house training wouldn't go amiss.”
