“Delivery on time. Despite the radiators being boxed; on opening one there was a slight chip (down to the metal) on the corner of one radiator. Due to the time constraint, the plumber being booked for today, I opted not to return the faulty item but to install it in a way that the fault was least visible. Pity, as they are smart looking radiators.”

Hi, Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately on the carriage with the couriers, we can't control how they manage to lift the items and it may cause this minor problems, you have 3 days to report it to us for the replacement of the item. We are sorry for the inconveneince caused.

“Orded a rad on the website and paid in full. Received an email to say that it's now discontinued and I will receive a full refund. Emailed back after no refund was received after 3 days, requesting they follow up and contact me. I received no contact but the refund came after five days. My original payment went out of my account in 2 hours.”

Hi, Thank you for your review but we think your comment is not fair. Your ordered the item, we informed you that the item is discontinued and refund processed instantly. Once you informed us that you didnt receive your payment a day after, we sent "the proof of refund" to you. Once we process refunds, we can't follow up from our side. Refunds go back to the accounts within 3 working days, I think you need to discuss with your bank why you didnt receive your money within 3 days which is quite unusal.

“ordering was easy, the team rang me to double check on items ordered (I'd got the wrong type of valve ordered), which I really appreciated. There was a delay with delivery, but the team were straight on it to sort it out, again, really appreciated. Would definitely order from them again.”

“radiators were nearly £200 cheaper than other suppliers, delivered within five days of ordering over a bank holiday weekend with no damage or missing parts. Really pleased and would highly recommend”

“Ordered 2 stainless steel radiators and both were delivered the next day. One was damaged although the packaging was in perfect condition therefore, it must have been a manufacturing issue. Radiator World replaced the damaged radiator, again with the next day service. The replacement radiator was perfect however the spacers were missing from the fittings box. Once again Radiator World stepped in and posted a replacement set. I cannot fault the excellent service provided by Radiator World and would buy from them again.”
