“First the good points - radiator was well packed and was supplied with fittings You have to supply your own BSP glands for the radiator though. Overall finish was good and fitted easily. Bad points - the radiator supports are made of chromed plastic - they support the radiator just but expect them to break within a few years Supports for these radiators effectively cantilever the load from a wall - why in the name of all that’s holy would anyone put cheap plastic rad supports on a large bathroom radiator! I’ll be looking for some replacement brackets in the not too distant future - the radiator is quite good but the brackets let this product down”

“As an amateur DIY-er I found the web site very easy to navigate, all sizes and specifications for the radiator style were listed on one page to make the choice of sizes easier, unlike other web sites. Polite and courteous help given when I rang for advice and delivery was made 8.15am next day after order placed 2pm previous day. Excellent service.”
