“I had an accident with my USB drive and several months of work - many hours, days, weeks - was lost. I was in full panic mode as I was in the middle of some projects that I had to finish in the next few weeks. After a long search on the Internet for companies that might be able to help, I finally landed on R3data. Life saver! Following my - what must have been hysterical - phone call the boss himself came out after working hours (it was a Friday evening) to meet me, reassured me and promised to take care of the matter. My case was more complicated and difficult than normal, and it took a little longer to retrieve the data. But R3data didn't give up and in the end I was reunited with all the work I thought I had lost. R3data invested many hours in my case, the price-value ratio is outstanding, as is their expertise, professionalism and humanity.”

“From nowhere my memory stick become corrupted, I work within the Oil & Gas business and had years of work and reference documents on my memory stick and even worse I had not backed up all these documents. As you would expect I felt dreadful thinking I had lost all that data. However, a colleague advised that specialist UK companies exist that have the software to recover corrupted memory sticks, so like everyone else I searched online looking for options, my search identified 3 or 4 UK Companies who appeared capable of recovering my lost data, from them Companies my preferred choice was to use R3 Data Recovery Ltd. From my initial contact to the 100% successful return of my lost data R3 customer service was excellent, pick-up was arranged from my home, then within 48-hours they contacted me to confirm all files and data had been recovered, payment was then due and registered post was used to return a new memory stick with all my recovered files / data. I must be honest in saying that initially I was dubious of success, but R3 produced the goods and the relief with the recovery was immeasurable. My advice to all is make sure all-important documents are backed-up, but if you lose data in similar circumstances to me I would recommend R3 for the recovery process.”

“From start to finish everything went smoothly. Andy Butler was straightforward and the R3 team efficient, undertaking the work on a no-win no-fee basis. A local IT expert had said it was very unlikely anything could be recovered. In fact I had my data back from R3 in under a week. I was very grateful as the data represented a lot of work.
