“Basically I have found them very good from a customer service standpoint. Whenever I've needed a loan I've usually gotten it. If I haven't they've told me why. Also if I have had to miss a payment they've understood completely.”

“I applied for a loan that was supposed to go in at 11am saturday the day i needed it for, it did not! I phoned up and was constantly lied to and fobbed of which angered me. The money arrived on monday 2 days later, didn't need it then. NEVER AGAIN! Oh the liar and guy who fobbed me off was called sunny or sanjay or something! Just for reference. Sorry QuidMarket”

“the time to respond re information missing etc is very slow, from application to monies transfered is at least a week, your service used to be instant on the same day pay out would like to see you go back to this.”
