“The item ( wire) was fine. It was dispatched the day they received the order ( a bit late for me, I needed it quickly and didn’t realise they closed down between Christmas and New Year - totally my fault) However, when my delivery failed to materialise - I had a time slot but tracking ceased to exist a couple of hours before it was due, I contacted Quickbit - not easy- and to this day have not had any form of contact or help from them, no information or apology. I finally received my order on the following Monday, again three days later than it should have been. The job took two weeks longer than necessary to complete as a result. Without the delays and better communication, it would’ve been 5 star review.”

“I ordered 4 items only 2 arrived as the other 2 were out of stock . After contacting them I was assured the remaining items would arrive the next day. They did around 8-30 am so all was well.”

“Good price, a good product, what's missing to make it a 5 star is the despatch and delivery tracking information, When you have other things to consider, digger hire etc. You need the information of when it is likely to land, time frame etc. I also contacted online with no response!!”

“Good price for swa by the metre but delivery was a bit slow. Don't bother if you have a tight deadline or alternatively, collect it instead. Marked as good based on price and clarity of the website which I think was very helpful. Gland kit was fairly reasonable too.”
