Hello, Apologies but as stated on our delivery information page, we strive to provide next day delivery however it's not guaranteed and is stock-dependant. We also have a notice at the top of our website showing this and encouraging customers to call us prior to placing orders if next day delivery is required.

“Everything was fine except for not having a window on the day of the delivery which meant you are restricted and had to wait for delivery. The change of delivery date was seamless so that was brilliant.”

“Ordered 2 x 16A, 5m extension leads, both when they arrived had the female end flip caps broken off in shipping, was able to glue them back on, however perhaps a review of shipping is required, rather than just shipping in a plastic envelope.”

“I ordered Wednesday night, for next day delivery (so Friday). My order came the next Tuesday..... only 6 days then. My job for the Saturday was cancelled and my client has now lost trust in me..... thanks a lot!! Please STOP using TNT to deliver, they put you to shame.”
