“Purchased numerous items that were delivered next day, unfortunately one item was damaged, a quick call to sales, they were very helpful and asked to send in an email to describe the damage, very fast reply to my email and a new item was dispatched even after their 2pm deadline, received the new item next day. A very prompt and professional service. Will definitely use again.”

“i would have given 5 stars had it not been for the unexplained delay in processing my order, and I rather feel as though it had been missed. A query email to them was also ignored. When I called up 3 working days after placing the order, things moved quickly and my order was duly received the next day. The staff were really friendly, however there was no explanation for the delay. Regarding the cable I ordered, it seems very good quality, and was easy to install onto the appliance. All in all a mixed experience and not so "quick", however I would use Quickbit again due to their efficient handling of the situation once I had called.”
