“A good selection of products at great prices with decent service. I would recommend them. My only slight criticism would be that stock levels shown on the website isn’t exactly a true reflection of the stock Quickbit holds. Whilst I’m sure the intention is to be helpful, there is a tendency to substitute items which they don’t have with a close match - perhaps a phone call or an email to the customer first would be a better idea.”

“20 cleats ordered. 13 of one type and 7 of another type sent. (See picture) Only the 7 fitted the cable sent which was also on the same order. Spoke to Dylan in customer care who arranged for 13 replacements to be sent which I received the next day. More care needed.”
