“I ordered 3 short lengths of SWA for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. I became concerned after the COB had passed the day of order and all I had received was a Order Received email, not confirmed, not shipped. I then attempted to contact Quickbit by email and multiple phone calls with no success. It was only when I sent an email titled Order Cancelled they suddenly replied with the excuse my email had gone to SPAM (how come they received my cancellation email?) Another problem is they use a poor performance low price courier DX Freight Ltd, good luck with them they are No DPD!”

“I rung them to check what size cleats and glands I needed. The guy was extremely knowledgeable and professional. All my order came quickly and was all there. The website was easy to use and their 'search' function along with 'what else you might need' features were good. I would use them again.”
