“-?Truck arrived at waiting point 15 min ago ( very punctual) -?Staff handled every shipment with at most care. - There movement is very quick and good team work. - Supervisor is also well organized person and looking after both own staff and customer at same time. - Not only actual moving but also quotation process was very good performance. This was my very first time to use moving company in this country (I am an expats). Honestly speaking, I did not expect this perfect work as I have heard from my colleagues about many complaints and problems they experienced. I think Quick mover is reliable mover in Sandton.”

“Hi. The driver and the labourers were a good team. They worked hard during the day and got things done quickly and efficiently. Office back up let them down , they battled to find my house and they would have struggled to find the farm . It would be a good idea to invest in good GPS systems for the trucks. I spent a lot of time yesterday giving the truck directions. Just an unnecessary headache on a moving day.”

Dear Peter. Thank you for taking time to write feedback on your move. We had a problem with the GPS system for that truck and Drivers had to rely on the smart phone GPS to locate the collection and Delivery Address. Going forward we will make sure we have a back up in the form of Google Maps printed directions, when technology let us down. Thank you for the business and your patience. Quick Movers Team.

Dear Annerize Firstly l would like to thank you for you business and your patience. Secondly l would like to apologies for the inconvenience caused because of our delayed delivered of your display Unit from Bloem to Joburg, We picked up the Display unit on the 26th of Feb late afternoon and planned to delivery the next day mid afternoon, of which we only delivered late afternoon, the same day we promised to delivery which was the 27th. Unfortunately there were circumstance beyond our control as we had other deliveries which were on the same shared load from Bloem which delayed us to deliver on time. What we have learnt from this is we could have communicated more frequently with you during the course of the day. Thank you for taking time to post a review and we can only learn from our mistakes and make sure we have more happy customer even in the most difficult circumstances We thank you for the generosity (Tips ) you gave our crew members.

“I love the friendliness of the operator that dealt with my booking (Cindy) She was very understanding and very helpful in accommodating me. The booking was finalized very professionally and very speedily. This became a company of champions that I am proud to deal with. The team leader responsible for my move, Tonny, was very friendly and efficient and my goods were moved with minimal damage. They managed to fit everything into the storage unit when I had doubts that it will fit. Well done! You guys "moved" me in more ways than one. Keep up the good work!”

“Your service was good up until the day of the move. The truck arrived late, showing up with only the truck no trailer, as indicated in our arrangements. We were told by the driver that a second truck will be arriving to assist with the move. The second truck was only off loading in Midrand at that time and would only arrive after 15:00. The first load was packed and in order to make up for time lost, it was decided to off load the first load and to come back for the second load when the second truck was meant to arrive. The first load was off loaded and the second truck had still not arrived. The driver then decided to rather return to do the second trip himself. This was a good decision which. We were not very impressed with your service on the day.”

“The moving service is a bit expensive but you do get real value for your money. I'm particularly happy with Tony's service he is very patient and understanding overall I won't use anyone else. They take care of the furniture and gets to the destination in perfect shape.”

“Moving staff were on time and professional. Convey my thanks to Tony and his team. The online quote system is excelent. I was amazed at getting a response within 2hours of submitting a request on 31dec. However, none of my emails to info@quickmovers.co.za were responded to, which is not really acceptable in the 21st century.”

“I have a very positive feedback following the professionalism witnessed from the staff at the office and the removals team from driver to the actual packers. The guys are hardworkers and expresses good team work, commitment, ensuring the client is put first, they execute their duties in a very smart way.
