“Thank you to the awesome team at Quick Movers for expediting my move with care and consideration. The men were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble given the move from an estate that wont allow trucks to an apartment on the first and loft room. The team went over and above their responsibilities by returning the day after the move to help rearrange some items of furniture. I would highly recommend them and am happy to provide references. “Kudzi and his team were very good and entertaining. They even went back to the office to fetch a mattress cover that was not packed in the truck. Fantastic team, nothing went missing which is more than a huge bonus. Should I need to move again in future, I know who to call. Thanks Quick Movers”

“The packers and movers did a good job, however they arrived an hour late. The moving truck also arrived very late, we had to wait hours after packing before they arrived. Overall the service was not what I expected, quick movers did not live up to their name. - and no responses to emails.”

Dear Anneline Quick Movers apologizes for the delays on your move. The previous client caused delays that were out of our control; There was a domestic issue which can not be discussed at this platform. The Crew couldn't leave the customer's premises . So this caused the delays to off load and it affected your move as well, None the less, we do require our clients to consider the next client on the day and have every detail sorted to avoid time delays. We are working on our operations and legal department to incorporate into our Ts&Cs measures to curb similar incidents from happening.

“I booked transport to collect/deliver a Fridge from the suppliers to my home but there was a issue with stock availability when we arrived to collect. I contacted Nick at quick movers to see if I could postpone the transport to another time, even though the truck had already arrived. The postponement was done without any extra cost to myself ... Excellent customer relations/service .... Thank you.”

“The guys were very good in their execution of the move. We were a very late request, firstly we appreciate that we were accommodated and secondly that the guys worked until very close to midnight. Much, much appreciated!”

“From the word get go - Quick Movers was excellent !!! I have had no trouble getting a quote from Nick, he even accommodated me to suit my requirements. Tony and his team were on time on the day of the move and we have had no damage whatsoever !! If you need to move , trust me make use of these people, they take away all of the stress that is related to moving ! I want to say thank you Quick Movers your service was EXCELLENT !”

“Nigel, is an excellent manager of his team and we were very happy with the way he handled our move. Also his polite and friendly manner. He handled the challenge of insufficient moving vehicles/trailer very well . The office slotted another move in our time slot, so I don't know if this was the reason why he did not have at least a trailer at his disposal. Management would do well to provide him with big enough transport next time. PS. Nigel your fridge shelves are still with me.”

“I am definitely not some who will take the time to write a review, but for QuickMovers I definitely have to. They were so professional, had such a helpful and positive attitude throughout this move even though there were external hiccups from my estate management's side. I could not have done this move without them. Well organised, professional, take care in the removal of every single piece of furniture and did an excellent job.”
