“Fantastic, friendly staff. We were kept up to date on the process of the car continuously by Rob. Everyone was fantastic with helping keep our daughter occupied while we did all the boring stuff, she loves quest motors and can't wait to go back and visit everyone. The environment was clean and tidy, with a comfortable seating area. Tea and coffee was available at all times. Mostly, I loved that I didn't feel like I was being sold a car by a salesman, my wife and I felt like we were being helped to choose the right car for our family and our needs.”

“Our salesman Simon Ryan was amazing. Helped from the moment I called the branch for advice right through to me driving away in my new car. My father and mother financed the car for us to be able to get out and about as my father has Alzheimer's and Simons patience, kindness and understanding meant the world to me. “Met with Nick Mahon in connection with buying 3 new mid sized Vans and one pre owned large wheelbase van for my company fleet. Nick was very professional in his approach and got the vans ready for collection in good time and sorted all the relevant paperwork quickly and very thoroughly. We were very pleased with the service we received at Braintree Quest and will return to purchase other vehicles we require in the future, thank you for a superb level of service”

“Hi, I was served by Mathew Holland in Braintree. I hadn’t planned on buying a car that week, but my own car hadn’t lasted as long as I thought it was going to, so I found myself in a situation where I had to get one quite quickly. Mathew was helpful and it seemed as if he kind of got my situation and thoughts about getting a car. In my opinion he is a very good salesman, good at selling, but not too pushy or manipulative. Maybe he is good at reading customers and understanding where they are at regarding their cars??? Anyway, I thought he did a great job as he seemed genuine, trustworthy, was helpful, informative, friendly and professional. I had spend hours, a whole weekend trawling the internet and could have got the same car cheaper in other places, but I felt comfortable getting it at quest motors in Braintree - Partly because I didn’t feel lied to by the salesman who sold me the car and partly because it was from quest motors which has a good reputation in Braintree and things like 1 years warranty as opposed to 3 months etc. etc.”

“Don’t be afraid to reserve on line, as come visit and rest drive no pressure whatsoever to buy, just leave you to decide.. no sales pitch just good honest talk, guidance and made to feel comfortable with what was being done..
