“High standards of communication and evident genuine customer interest, unpressured environment, great flexibility to inspect the cars and test drive with trust, my thanks to Stephanie for looking after me and reserving the car, and Rob for waiting 24 hours (one of the very few motor traders who share their inspection report /vehicle health check on the web) i will be coming back when its time to purchase my next vehicle.”

“Very good experience buying a used Citroën from this dealer. Dealt with Steph, who was very professional and knowledgeable. A video was provided before going to see the vehicle - the car was exactly as described and all identified work needed (incl. Mot, service, surface scratches removed) was carried out before the deal was completed and payment sent. Car delivered on time and communication was excellent. Really can't fault them.”

“Absolutely fantastic, Steph was really great, can't praise her enough, she helped us choose a great car, the whole experience of buying there was faultless, from beginning to end, even when a fault occurred on our way home, we went straight back and it was fixed within half hour, would highly recommend Steph, and will be going back to replace another car, Thank you Steph, and Quest.”

“Previously brought a car from Richard when the Maldon branch was open, was very impressed then with the level of customer service and never had a problem with the car until it was written off by another driver. Back over to Quest and Darren Flight served me again brilliant service from start to finish would highly recommend to friends and family. Wouldn’t go anywhere else thanks guys.”

“I purchased a car in August 2022. Rob B was really helpful. There was no sales pressure like other car dealerships. He was really supportive in helping find a suitable car. The whole process of choosing, paying and receiving the car was excellent. Fantastic communication from the moment I initially enquired online all the way through to the purchase and picking up the keys. He even checked in with me a week later to see how I was enjoying the car. Really great service, professional and hassle free. Thank you.”

“Stephanie was recommended to me at the Braintree branch and she didn't disappoint! I can find car dealers quite intimidating as i don't know too much about cars and Steph put my mind at ease. She took all my details and really listened to what i wanted in terms of budget and the style of car i liked, but i had no idea what car i actually wanted. Steph had an idea of what i might like based on what i said, and showed me a variety of vehicles and i fell in love with one! Within an hour i had purchased the car and got a great deal with a trade in of my existing car. It was THE BEST experience i have had in a car garage! Thank you Steph you are a superstar!”
