We received excellent service from start to finish from Steph Thomas. Very friendly, patient and professional with no hard sell. She worked hard to achieve the right deal for us and we are very happy with our C3 Aircross. She’s a credit to your company and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

My car had an oil leak which ended up with oil over my new driveway took the car back to the garage to be given a courtesy car covered in advertising with no air con or fuel and in need of a service. Very disappointed customer to say the least.

Dear Mr Frost, We’re deeply disappointed to see that you have only left us a 1-star review. We were very surprised to hear that your new vehicle had an oil leak after a few weeks of owning it, however due to the nature of used vehicles we accept that the odd issue may arise despite our through checks and we aim to resolve all issues with the highest level of professionalism and customer service, quickly. As soon as we were made aware of the issue with your vehicle this morning, we booked your vehicle into our workshop for this afternoon and quickly organised a courtesy vehicle to keep you on the road until your car is ready to collect. Upon leaving the dealership in the courtesy vehicle, which would have usually been cleaned prior however due to the short notice we never had the chance, you seemed happy with the resolution. Having since spoken to our sales manager, it appears that you are happy with the resolution and that your review was due to some understandable frustration with the issue on your new car which remains our priority to fix. Customer service is good but didn’t have my car ready after a weeks warning. Also scammed me out of a service I payed a lot for- broke my car even more, didn’t even change the oil

Having spoken to the team, it sounds like your vehicle was not ready as a part was delayed due to the pandemic, however I believe we lent you one of our lovely demonstrator vehicles until your new car was ready. I am also told that you're very happy with the new car Darren helped you to purchase - we hope it brings you many miles of happy motoring. We feel upset at the accusation that we did not change your oil, we pride ourselves on our level of workmanship and hold ourselves accountable to delivering an exceptional level of customer service - the oil in your vehicle would have been changed during your service which was carried out quite sometime prior to you purchasing your new vehicle from us. Failed to diagnose problem with car on first visit. Broke down again day after returning it. Then found the fault which would cost more than the vehicle is worth to rectify it.

Dear Mrs Evenden, We’re hugely disappointed to see that you only left a two-star review for your experience with us. Having spoken with the team, it would appear you are actually very happy with the level of service provided when purchasing your new Suzuki Swift from Richard Hubbard – we have no doubt that you’ll continue to enjoy it for years to come. We understand your frustration when it came to repairing your previous vehicle, unfortunately due to the complexity of a vehicle and the age of your Meriva, the fault could have been a number of things. We recommended changing the cheapest parts first to try and fix the issue and upon road testing the vehicle it appeared changing the parts had resolved the issue. When you had the issue reappear after covering more mileage, we then re-diagnosed the issue and unfortunately the next step was a much more expensive repair – you then chose to purchase a Suzuki Swift from us instead of going ahead with the repair. As a gesture of goodwill and to help relieve the financial burden of the first repair, we gave you an additional discount on your new Suzuki Swift to the price you paid for the first repair to ensure you weren’t out of pocket. It sounds like the team really went above and beyond to ensure we delivered great customer service and to ensure you weren’t left financially out of pocket for the repair of your previous vehicle. We’re sure your review only reflects the frustration felt at your previous vehicle going wrong, and not with the level of service we delivered. We hope that you will continue to use Quest Motor Group going forward for both your sales and servicing needs and will experience the exceptional level of service so many of our other customers have come to know and love - as you will see from all the great reviews we have received. Initially, I was browsing although I had a good idea what I was looking for. The whole process from start to finish, required 3 visits, firstly information gathering, second to test drive the chosen car, third to collect car All personnel were efficient, effective, knowledgable and charming. I will definitely use the group again.

Used Quest Maldon and Richard multiple times as know I'll get a quality product from someone I can trust. Service was A1 in strange circumstances with social distancing measures still to be considered.

My husband and I were extremely impressed by the service from Quest from start to finish when purchasing our new vehicle. Darren Flight our Sales Representative was polite, helpful and full of useful information about the vehicles - he was an absolute pleasure to deal with - and I have never said that about a car salesperson before!!! We arranged to test drive a couple of vehicles and they were ready and waiting for our arrival. The preparation of our car when we came to collect after purchase was immaculate inside and out - a credit to the whole team. We would definitely recommend this company as a place to purchase a new or used vehicle.

This is my 3rd car from Quest plus my daughter and daughter-in-law have also purchased from Quest, 5 cars in total. Quest make everything so easy from start to finish and nothing is too much trouble, no question is deemed as silly. Darren our sales personel demonstrated true professionalism throughout our experience at Quest, without pressure to buy.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Whilst observing the social distancing rules at this time, they try to make you feel at ease and explain the features of cars in the correct manner. I was unable to leave a 'very good' star in Customer Service box.
