“Evert member of staff are welcoming and has a genuine warm feeling. Rich who sold me my car couldn't have done so any better, he sorted it quickly for me as there was only 2 left available. I bought my first car at quest 11 half yrs ago,this is my 4th and I stay with quest because its always first class customer service”

“I would just like to say. This really is a company that goes the extra mile with customer service. They will always listen to your concerns and questions before purchasing a car. With no pressure to buy at any time. Providing you show driving licence before a test drive. They let you test drive on your own and with no sales patter. Regards Mick”

“Got a good part exchange for my car any the buying process was easy. Handover of the car to me was smooth and efficient .However the only criticism I have is that the rear number plate was loose and the holding screw had come away from the body , should have been pick up when car was valeted . Apart from the minor cosmetic observation car was great .”

“Recently purchased a car from Quest Motors. I’m really happy with the customer service i received, Rich the sales manager who i was dealing with was so helpful. I requested a video, before going to view the car and that was very detailed and covered all points. Any questions i had they was answered via email within 24hrs. When purchasing and collecting the car everything went smoothly. I’m really pleased with my new car and i highly recommend quest motor group to anyone looking to purchase a new car.”
