Very impressed with the easy going process of buying and the delivery of my new car. Made even easier by the friendly service of staff. Would defiantly recommend and use quest motor group again. Made everything hassle and stress free, so happy with my purchase

Superb! A class above any other dealership (and we had a good 6 month search). Darren our SP was friendly, honest and knowledgeable and most importantly made us feel comfortable with no pressure. The levels of stock were good with fair prices and none of the usual nonsense/excuses as with other dealers. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed so far with my experience with Quest, From the moment of reserving a car online, to the point of delivery. Reserved a car online, got an email saying someone would contact me in 24hrs, went well over 24hrs so I thought I best chase it up, Was advised the car was reserved, but the sales team had been very busy. Seemed like every step of the sales process I had to chase up what was happening, Arranged the car to be delivered, was given the impression the car would be delivered on a trailer, but it was delivered by a man, Was told I would get a call when the man was near by, never got a call, And when I range up to chase the delivery of the car, was advised it’s worrying it has not landed yet as it left ages ago. Since I have had the car, I have noticed it’s has an awful droning noise on the rear end, Had it checked over and found that the car has misshaped rear tyres, so needs new tyres and a wheel alignment. Also the heated seats don’t work, which was one of the main reasons for buying this car. Still waiting on a reply to know what to do next.

A driver is collecting your Golf (130 miles away from us) and bringing it back to our dealership to check out the issues - in the meantime we're dropping you off a courtesy vehicle to keep you on the road while we rectify any issues with your Golf. Due to the nature of a used vehicle, and despite our thorough multi-point check, issues do arise - that's why we include a 3 month warranty, extendable to 12 or 24 months for your peace of mind. We also take great pride in ensuring when the unfortunate does happen, we deal with it quickly and efficiently, while minimising any inconvenience to you. We understand that issues with your vehicle may cause stress and frustration, however we hope once your vehicle is returned to you, you'll take the time to amend and update your review. As you'll see from our other reviews, we pride ourselves on delivering a 5-star experience, and in the majority of cases we're happy to see that our customers have felt like we've met and even exceeded this. As a family run business which has been going in Essex since 1924, we like to think that we've made every experience with us easy, friendly and exciting. My visit to Quest Motors in Maldon was very successful. This was helped greatly by Darren Smith who was very helpful and efficient allowing me to find a new vehicle . He helped me complete all the paperwork and I will be collecting my new vehicle on Tuesday 25th May.

The service I received from Russell was excellent no pressure so helpful the car I am buying is fantastic have bought quite a few cars between us from quests of maldon .I would certainly recommend them to my friends.

My husband and I spoke to Richard Cowan at Braintree after enquiring about a Citroën C3 and further to that conversation we then spoke to Darren Flight at Malden regarding a Suzuki Ignis. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful, informative and polite. After deciding our way forward would most likely be the Ignis model, Darren very kindly organised a test drive for me in an automatic as I have only driven with manual gears This really helped put my mind at ease about changing to automatic and we have subsequently gone ahead with the purchase of an Ignis. The customer care was excellent thank you.

Excellent service. Stephanie liaised with TechMobility to fit a hoist in our new Berlingo at the time of our collection. It all went smoothly and we are delighted with the vehicle. Unfortunately we live thirty miles away from Quest so the recommendation is less than 10.

I felt a bit daunted walking into your showroom but I needn’t have been. everyone , especially Darren were very approachable, polite and helpful. I didn’t feel pressurised into making a decision .
