“I purchased my car fromt Quest, at the same time I also purchased thier service plan. No regrets in doing this, it means when my service is due I don't need to worry about the costs, especially with inflation. I also get my MOT at a better rate with this plan. The team at Quest are great, from sales to service. I recently also needed to speak to the accounts department, and they couldn't have been more helpful. 10/10.”

“I have owned two Cavaliers, one Zafira and one VIVA, all obtained via Quest Motors, since the company operated from the premises in High Street, Maldon. I have always been satisfied with the service that I have received, even after the recent closing of the Maldon operations as my present car is collected and delivered with no hassle.”

“Communication is a problem at Quest . Having used this service on a number off occasions it's either really good , adequate , or absolutely horrible . With all the different ways to contact customer this should be a lot better”

We pride ourselves on offering a 5-star experience and we are disappointed to see that on this occasion, our communication wasn’t to the usual high standard.
