Friendly service. I have the service plan so no shock bill at the end. Used collect car service and the driver was Friendly and professional. Overall an excellent experience.

Felt comfortable attending the garage as a young woman, however due to some miscommunication my bill at the end of my service and MOT was almost £60 more than I was told over the phone. They’d done an oil change which I hadn’t been advised was happening at this time. They also told me they had washed my car when I went to collect it, but upon getting to my car it was not however I was in a rush to get back so didn’t return inside to say. I will say that the gentleman I was dealing with was very nice and did explain the breakdown of the invoice to me so I knew what I was paying for, I was just a little disappointed I hadn’t been told the oil change was being added when I spoke to someone during the day. I was told on the phone the only payment due at the end would be around 50/60 for a replacement indicator bulb to pass the MOT.

The car I bought was sold as having full history when it in fact didn’t. This meant it didn’t have the remaining 2 years of warranty that I was told it had. A warning light came on 2 days after buying the car and I’m still going back and forward with Quest about it now, a year later. Currently they’ve had my car for 18 days and there is very little very slow progress on my car. I was told they would take it to Kia to be repaired if they couldn’t do it themselves. I paid over the odds for a car with part service history and no manufacturer warranty, plus the other small defects with the car have not been rectified. Small things like bits of trim that were missing or broken not repaired properly. When I collected the car there was god hair in the boot, each time it came back for repairs I asked them to clean the boot properly and each time they said they had done but there was still dog hair and smears on rear windows. Terrible quality of customer care, despite everyone I’ve spoken to being very polite and courteous.

Wouldn’t even give a one star! Got in early Saturday morning, and was told I was first in the queue, only to come back 4 hours later and still had to wait another 1/2 hour! My car failed on binding rear brakes, however it was totally undrivable to take away as the handbrake must have been rammed so hard, it stuck on!!! I would never recommend anyone to come here.
