“A pleasure to be treated as a human being unlike at the car supermarkets. Russell has explained everything to me so I totally understood what I needed and for once i enjoyed the whole experience. I emailed quest for a video walkaround of the car and within half an hour it was Done! Old school it was and how glad i was forthat!”

“I have to say that it has been a breath of fresh air buying my car through quest. A saleswoman who acted quickly to provide me with a video walkaround within 15 minutes of my email to Russell the salesman who was very professional and knew the product well.not pushy but extremely helpful. I will NEVER EVER buy a vehicle through a car supermarket ever again as you are treated akin to cattle. A1”

“Amazing service as always, bought my astra in 2018 from the Maldon branch, now returned my astra back to quest to buy a BMW convertible. Steph was absolutely amazing, felt very at ease everything was explained throughly to the point she even held my handbag in the car to allow me to get the seat set right, first class service”

“We received a first class customer experience from Darren at Quest Motors in Braintree when we were looking to purchase a new car. We were able to view the car and have a test drive within 1hr of speaking to Darren. The car was exactly what we were looking for and the price was good. Darren was the ultimate professional and went through everything in detail with us with absolutely no pressure to purchase any additional services etc. all in all an excellent experience and would thoroughly recommend Quest Motors.”
