MOT completed successfully on time. Booked MOT online after a reminder but still getting reminder emails and texts even though booked. Annoying!

The customer service is excellent. The only downside is quest not having the facility like the used to,to collect the car and having to sit and wait 3 hours.

We were recommended quest by a family member. They couldn’t have been more right with their recommendation. We had a seamless experience. Rob was absolutely fantastic, so supportive through out the whole process. He was in constant contact and was there to answer any questions we may of had. His kindness and professionalism was above and beyond. I will be recommending Quest and Rob to anyone and everyone. Cannot fault the service it’s been a brilliant first experience.

Very poor experience, was made to feel stupid when I asked questions about returning my car when the lease is finished. I was questioned about whether I actually got the car from quest & did not find this particular sales man very helpful.

Very poor service car not put back together after having a cam belt replaced water pump and tensioner not fitted left in box in car and charged for new antifreeze and not even replaced bottle empty
