“The service and care given is Ace. I am very experienced as have been going to this Dealership for 13 years. Geoff persevered calmly to overcome any and all Biometric Headaches when securing my purchase. The headache seemed insurmountable Despite it being past closing time Richard stayed to help. I left with my new car defying what happened due to Santandar very bad communications to Quest and Geoff The Workshop guys and Mechanics are Superb. They are the strongest link in the chain. Without them it would all fall apart. Together they form an unbreakable chain that produces Excellence for their Customers”

“Have a service plan. Ended up having to pay for extras. Had a phone call about these but would have been better to have received an email too. It wasn't explained that these costs didn't include VAT and labour. It wasn't clear if these things were essential or recommended.”
