“We received very good useful advice when searching for a new car. Found exactly what we wanted. The vehicle was presented in immaculate condition. Part exchange handled satisfactorily. All paperwork explained comprehensively and we were treated with the greatest courtesy by Mr. Darren Smith. No Problems.”

“I purchased my new car from Vauxhall Braintree, Bradley took me through every step of the journey and was amazing! So helpful and informative and I felt as though I had control over the entire purchase and wasn’t pushed into anything. Very enthusiastic about the car which made me really excited, so happy with my over all experience, I went in with a hope of just seeing a lovely car and left the same day with an incredible one! We have looked into why your chosen vehicle wasn't ready to test drive and after speaking to the team it's clear the vehicle was still undergoing preparation in our workshop which meant that at the time it wasn't able to be driven. In 99.9% of cases, your chosen vehicle will be ready for test driving when you arrive at the dealership. As your chosen vehicles wasn't available, the team offered you a test drive in an identical vehicle allowing you to experience driving your next car. I'm sure during your next purchase your chosen vehicle will be ready allowing you to take a test drive in it.
