“Bought my Ford Kuga from Quest in October. Very pleased with the car but did have some issues within a week of purchase, Some scratches that I pointed out hadn't been done which meant I had to take the car back. Also I paid 300 pounds to have the special valet done inside and out. On getting the car back I found crisps packets in the drivers side door panel. I phoned them up and they said they would sort it out which they did. On getting the car back a second time I found half eaten sweets in the drivers door panel. Again the car had to go back. third time lucky but I will never pay for that service again. Must admit every time I phoned Quest they were very polite and apologetic.”

“Despite the obvious difficulties of buying a car during a national lockdown, my experience at Quest has been great! Oliver was extremely helpful in explaining and taking me through the whole process and he took care of all the necessary paperwork seamlessly. I was also a bit concerned with not being able to view the vehicle beforehand, but when it arrived the condition was just as described on their website. Nice delivery driver and the new set of mats inside were a really nice touch too! Thank you.”

“Fantastic service with good honest friendly staff from buying right through to servicing, nothing is ever a problem. Lee is marvellous he is the reason I buy Vauxhall because I know I will be looked after.Olly has just seen us through our newest addition with no fuss , just good friendly service”

“Excellent service in these difficult times. Thanks to Richard for his communication and Mr Cowan senior for the delivery. Finding my way round the Citroen, bit different to previous British & Korean I have owned. Had engine running on and off while playing, then a little run to post office of 15 miles. Averaged 65mpg. I am pleased with that. Geoff”

“I have been with Quests now for many years, both as a buyer of new and used cars and for my repairs. I have just bought a new Vauxhall Corsa and, despite the lockdown problems, all went smoothly. Peter White was working from home, but prepared the PCP quote for me and arranged for Rob Beckwith to do the handover. Despite Rob doing about four people's jobs, and not being a Vauxhall salesman, he spent a lot of time with me doing the paperwork and showing me the vehicle and couldn't have made it any easier. Many thanks!”
