“I have been using Quest for over 8 years now, I've always found all the staff friendly & very helpful whenever I have a query. I purchased a new car from Quest in Maldon in 2015, always had it serviced there for 6 years then it closed & then I went to Quest in Braintree. When I wanted to replace my car who better to go to than to the people I trust which was the staff at Quest. I have now purchased a new car & look forward to many more years of driving with Quest keeping it safe to drive.”

“Very friendly, easy going , they leave you to let the vehicle sell itself. Their first month warranty is excellent, I had a few problems they collected the vehicle , provided a loan car and after the work was completed they returned my car. Brilliant”

“A very positive experience from start to finish. Richard sold me an excellent car at a good price and offered me a very fair part exchange value for my car. His communication from initial enquiry to driving away with my new car was very polite, clear and straightforward. On my visit to pick up the car, Richard answered all my questions clearly and went through the documentation required quickly and with a minimum of fuss. “From initial enquiry to driving away in my new (used) car, my experience with Quest Motors and, in particular, Richard, was excellent. The car was excellent and offered at a fair price and Richard offered me a very fair part exchange value for my car. All communications by email and text were very prompt and clear. Richard went through the whole process of completing the documentation clearly and without any fuss, ensuring the whole process was straightforward.
