“It was very good Darren was very helpful.Great shame delivery is delayed but I acknowledge that this is caused by supply issues and not through any fault of Quest.Darren assured me he would work hard to try to get the matter sorted as expeditiously as possible”

“Always dread going to purchase a car due to the pushy hard sell by the sales people but on this occasion we had fantastic service by Steph she was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable & explained everything without any pressure, the vehicle we purchased is amazing & so pleased with the service we received & the car we purchased & made the whole process so easy & simple Thanku”

“I rarely bother with reviews like this but feel that on this occasion it is warranted . Have bought many cars from many dealerships all over the UK over the years but have never received better service than that received from Richard and the staff at Quest Suzuki Braintree in April 2022 . Every aspect of buying the car was dealt with promptly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble . Staff were on hand to help at the appointed time with road test etc and the couple of extras which I requested were fitted quickly and without fuss . The car was delivered to me 125 miles away at the exact time agreed and everything on my list had been done or was present in the car . A superb experience from beginning to end fitting of buying a Ferrari............ but the car was simply a Suzuki Jimny !”

“So far so good I had an informative video of the car from Richard he was also very helpful, we looked at the car last night, and met with Darren from the sales team he was very accommodating, the car was great and we are going to purchase it, hopefully, pick it up in a week, very helpful and freindly staff,”
