“I was kept informed of the parts that needed changing, the cost and how long the job would take. Keith and Lee were informative and fun to chat with, when l picked up my car. I always feel l am treated well by them, they are friendly, good at listening to my inept descriptions of the cars issues. I am very pleased with the results of the work on the car and feel well informed about the work done to restore it to very good road holding.”

“Not really impressed this time as soon as I collected my car an orange light appeared called Quest told them they asked me to take a picture and send to my email never got a response Service and MOT was done on Thursday walked in back to Quest after I noticed oil stains on my parking space they checked it filter was broken they fixed but still orange light is still appearing on the dashboard”

“I had my MOT completed at Quest Braintree and I was thoroughly dissatisfied. The car was an older car but seeing the decent reviews I thought they would do a good job. I had told them about an error light and said it was most likely the sensor. It seems instead they decided to change the whole exhaust. This didn’t help with the warning light and instead left it with a horrible sound. I immediately went back and told them about the sound and they said it should settle down. The next day it was the same, so I went back. They had a quick look and said that was the best they could do and I was left with a horrible sounding car. I did go to another garage, that was able to fix the noise in 5 minutes and fortunately didn’t charge me for it. I will not go near this company again.”
