“The test drive was great, they allowed us to take the car home on our own for a proper drive around and a good inspection on our driveway - not the usual supervised 5 minute trip around the block.... Rob was our salesman, he gave us all the information regarding the car, arranged the tax and paperwork with us in the showroom and made the whole process completely stress-free...... The car was in perfect condition and at an honest price - we can thoroughly recommend Quest Motor Group - well worth the 5 star review.”

“I must say that the Braintree branch has excelled itself in customer service. Richard Cowan is the most helpful considerate guy and has rush to my need everyime something has gone wrong. The service guy has also been amazing. My new car the fuel gage wasn't working the hire car from Europa were very disappointing service and while I waited for it to actually arrive Quest gave me one of there cars. They are trustworthy and reliable and I would not go to anyone else now. I rate them 100% and would like to thank all the people who work there for there kindness efficiencies and help which has been brilliant now for 4 yrs thank you Guys and lasses”

“The salesperson was incredibly helpful and explained things clearly and thoroughly. He had a professional but not overly formal communication style which I appreciated - and zero pressure. He worked with me as I had to travel some distance to test drive the car, and made sure some work that needed doing was accounted for in our discussion about the cost of the vehicle given I had travelled a couple of hours and couldn't purchase the car the same day, since the car needed a bit more work. A positive experience all in all.”

“Sales good but after sales useless no help when problem arrises even when taken service plan and extended warranty when first came telling me needed front discs and pads all round only needed front pads”

As you'll see from our other reviews, we pride ourselves on delivering a 5-star experience, and in the majority of cases, we're happy to see that our customers have felt like we've met and even exceeded this. As a family-run business which has been going in Essex since 1924, we like to think that we've made every experience with us easy, friendly and enjoyable. Our service manager has reviewed your file and at the time of your visit, we advised that your front and rear brake pads needed replacing, and that if the front pads in particular weren’t replaced, then it was highly likely you would also need the brake discs changing too in the near future, as the worn pads would begin to damage the discs. We sent you a video vehicle health check, which also summarised the above, but it doesn’t appear to have been viewed. If you would like us to resend you this, please do let us know by emailing helpdesk@questmotors.com Should you ever need any further assistance with your vehicle in the future we would be delighted to help.
