“Customer service wasnt great on the phone. Delivery updates were non existent. However the product I ordered was great and fit for purpose. It was well wrapped and therefore protected. Maybe a bit too well wrapped. I think qs supplies need to think of the environmental impact when preparing products for shipping.”

“Very pleased with product and delivery, however ordering by telephone could be improved. The telephone manner of the member of staff was not the best, not particularly friendly or helpful. I may have ordered elsewhere except the price was good. Also I felt charging for delivery for a product which was nearly £300 was a bit mean . Most companies offer free delivery for this site of order”
