“Very good price. Informed of delivery date options. product arrived on time and in a good condition. Yet to install so can't comment on this. Only thing that left the purchasing experience down a little was the attitude of the delivery driver. Less that helpful.”

“I wish I'd paid more attention to the negative reviews for this company on various forums. They didn't supply some parts of my order, then claimed that they had and refused to supply or refund. While I was sorting this problem out, the project was put on hold and other parts of of my order remained in their packaging after a cursory post-delivery check. This was a mistake, because when I finally was able to unpack and fit my shower screen it turned out to be damaged. Naturally, QS Supplies said I was past the deadline to report damage and refused to replace it. I managed to reclaim for the non-delivered parts through my credit card, but had to purchase another shower screen at additional expense from a competent supplier. Customer services were rude and disinterested throughout. Avoid.”

“Shockingly bad customer service. Informed me that an item (£300 shower screen) was not available on the day they shipped the rest of my order- leaving me with a £60 delivery on the remaining items. I would have cancelled the entire order if I had known the product (stated as in stock) on their website was actually discontinued. When I asked for credit on part of the delivery, they credited £9 instead of the £29.95 associated with the shower screen. When I complained and said I wanted to cancel the entire order- they said " too late- its shipped, and if you turn it back we will charge you for full shipping". I asked for their complaints procedure- no response. Avoid Avoid. Other websites offer to match any online price. Go to them.”

“They hold nothing in stock. Everything purchased from other suppliers. Weeks after order placed to be informed items are out of stock or discontinued. As they purchase from other suppliers mistakes get made with quantities. When mistakes are pointed out really hard to talk to them and then delivery times get doubled. Delivery costs for large orders is unreal. Again as they order from other suppliers every item has it's own delivery charge. £16,000 order took 3 months to fulfil surprisingly the so called in stock items took longer then the so called special order items. I am a designer / property developer and when you promise a client a job to be done and then you have several delays because of a supplier not having clear and up to date stock levels until you have paid makes things hard work. I would not use again.”
