“Excellent quality at a good price. I was a little reluctant initially to purchase from QS Supplies on their overall ratings but I decided to give them a chance purely on the price being fair. I bought to back to the wall close coupled toilets. Fast delivery, everything in one piece and hassle free. Will definitely use again”

“Superb aftersales service Our experience with this company was superb, we reported the faulted radiator (pin hole in the weld) after it was commissioned and have to say QS Supplies did their very best to resolve the problem by sending out a replacement item in two working days. Therefore I would recommend this company. Thank you QS Supplies, much appreciated. A very satisfied customer.”

“Great prompt service The wet room tray is exactly what I was looking for and it comes with very clear installation instructions. I wasn't confident ordering from a company that's new to me, so when I phoned to make sure I'd got the dimensions right I was worried to get an answering machine. However the call back came almost immediately - very helpful and set my mind at rest.”

“After purchasing a corner vanity basin unit on 3rd May I had no contact whatsoever so in turn called 7 days later to be told I would have to wait a further 10 days for delivery! The reasons stated were the item was out of stock, this however was not stated on the website nor was any contact made to make me aware of the stock issue instead it was I who had to chase the company 7 days after my purchase! With the delivery charge just short of £30 and the lack of communication I requested my money be refunded immediately. I was advised the refund would take 5-7 working days. I refused to accept the terms and advised that in taking my money they had entered into a contract to which they had failed to honour and an immediate refund would be the only acceptable outcome to me as a consumer. I was told as I had made my purchase through PayPal that the refund would be made instantly and the funds be cleared straight away. After finishing my phone conversation I received an email stating a refund had been authorised and it stated it may take up to 7 working days to clear. On checking my PayPal account it estimated 5 working days so it was clear the manager who assured me my refund would be instant was deceitful. This company are a shambles!”
