“Customer services gave me conflicting advice about delivery. I was told it would be free if I collected from depot . This wasn’t the case and I wasted a long journey. They refused to even answer my email of complaint. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole- a dishonest company.”

“Even though I ordered very late in the day, they promised next day delivery - and the item (a huge bath screen) was indeed delivered on time, to my surprise and delight. Additionally, the product was the best competitive price I could find on the internet. A happy customer. -FJD”
