We ordered a tap with pull out hose for our kitchen in January and went away to Australia for a month. It arrived while we were away. The kitchen company then postponed us twice and then we went into lockdown. Last week when the plumber fitted the tap he said that there wasn’t a pull out bit. He’d fitted it by then 😬. We phoned QS Supplies (unhelpful customer service person) then contacted them online, and at their request sent photos of the tap and box. The label on the box did say ‘pull out’ hose, but it wasn’t the right tap. Since last week we have made repeated attempts to get what we paid for.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions I was unable to return goods within the 14 day period. I asked for an exchange and additional purchase meaning that I’d be spending more than the original order, paying for the return myself - only me out if pocket, they had nothing to lose. They refused to even consider it quoting their standard policy. Under normal circumstances I’d stick to standard policy. But the last few weeks have been anything but normal and they showed no compassion or understanding. Thanks for nothing. I’ll take my business elsewhere - to a decent company with a customer care ethic!

Worst experience with a company to date! Wouldn't bother wasting time or money with them. Customer service is horrible, refund policy is horrible, product delivery time is horrible. They don't even abide by their own policies stated on their website. Not a company to be buying from.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Honestly I'm not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to do so on this occasion as I don't want other to have the same experience as I had. This company DO NOT offer refunds for items that are delivered within the time frame that is stated on their company website. When challenged on this their customer service is absolutely horrible, they basically want to take your money and if you return an unused, unwanted item that is not damaged they refuse. Not only that but they make you pay for the returns as well. Save yourself and spend your money else where.

Not delivered within the stated time. Had to ring and complain. Then received the shower screen after 12 days with the bottom seal strip missing and scratches on the aluminium frame. Obviously a returned item.

Avoid this Company!!! Honestly the worst company I have Ever dealt with! Delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Delivery driver called me, when delivering to wrong address, very rude, when I tried to explain politely that's not my name or address He told me to F' off and hung up! Refused to give me refund or replacement. Emailed me other customers private details!?! Expected me to sort out some of their errors/problems (I don't work for them!?!) eventually after 2months of complaining and threatening the ombudsman, I got part off the refund back then a further month of complaining, I got the remainder. I'm still €20 out of pocket not to mention the phones bill as they never contact you. You have to do all the chasing up and every time they answer the phone they leave you on hold for at least 20mins. Also no customer skills when communicating with them. Put me under so much stress and worry. Terrible Awful company! Avoid at all costs.

A strange organisation which is either dysfunctional, or is designed to make sure that customers are treated badly. Part delivered, and one item damaged. Demanded refund based on the fact that under distance selling rules they had a, failed to deliver all items, and b. some items were damaged. They are hiding right now, however going to use lawyers and sue them for costs. Extremely poorly run business. look elsewhere.

One star sadly I can't give them ZERO stars, as this is one of the most awful companies I have ever dealt with, I ordered a product from them that was undamaged when it arrived to me but was unsuitable and too heavy for the room so I returned it at my own expense (huge box 1.5m (h) 1m (w) and 20cm (d) at a large cost of £50) This is when the countless calls and emails began I got an email to say it had been returned in "INADEQUATE packaging" however this was the same exact packaging that they sent it out to me so when received and after it has been processed in 5 working days I will be issued with a full refund, so I waited then I called and been told that it had been told there was some "MINOR" damage and they were going to see about repairing the (again) "minor" scratch" (1st apparent issue) this will take a few extra days and they will let me know so called and asked to speak to a manager which I never got through to end up speaking to some moron in the office who told me the scratch needed some attention, after the call I decided to confirm every phone call as an email (this was the best choice I made and would continue doing) then a few days later I get another email saying that the damage is more than they had expected and they were now no longer going to be refunding me! so I phoned and emailed to request pictures of the damage, I received 3 shoddy pictures of a hole in a cardboard box showing the glass in the inside but "no clear evidence" of any damage, so I phoned and was now being told that it must have been damaged in transit between me and them (luckily for me I insured the item against damages) so I got in contact with the transport service and told them (filed all the relevant paperwork) and waited. in the meantime I was told that by the end of the week they would be "disposing" of it, I told they need to keep hold of it so it can be collected and examined by the transporting company and this would take about 7 days (again I reconfirmed everything in an email to qs) Again I call Qs back requesting more photos of clearer quality as the ones that they had sent to me showed nothing, now I received 6 more rubbish photos. However, now it has become clear that they themselves have damaged the box as the hole was now holes (yes more than one) and bigger it looked like they had got a Stanley blade/screwdriver and scratched the hell out of it but it was still very unclear where the damage was and whether this was actually the item I had returned! now 6 weeks later the item had been picked by the transport company and it was going to take time to check things over, I then get an email to say that wasn't damaged while transporting it but QS said it was, after 2 months and 30+ emails and 20+ very rude (getting worse each time), I decided to take the matter into my own hands! The motto of this story is "Avoid like the plague" and let everyone else know that they are just the pits

Phoned to check a product was in stock and was advised it was. Immediately ordered and then a few hours later received an email saying it wasn’t in stock and would be 7 to 10 days. Meanwhile of course they have taken my money! AVOID

As other customers have also suggested I did not receive an email advising me when my sink and tap would be delivered, despite this being stated in writing to me when I placed the order on line. On Monday 24th February I emailed QS and Geodis (the delivery company) to ask when my order would be delivered. I was emailed by both companies advising me that my order would be delivered the next day (25th). My order did not arrive. QS were closed when I telephoned them just after 5pm to find out why my order had not been delivered. I then 'phoned Geodis and spoke to Peter Lally who advised me that my goods were still at the depot, he had no idea why they had not been delivered to me as promised and further advised me that any complaint which I wanted to make should be addressed to QS as my contract is with them and not the delivery company. I telephoned QS this morning just after 8am and now understand why so many customers have made negative comments about the customer service advisors. The person I spoke to was extremely unhelpful, I explained why I was 'phoning and gave her tha name of the person I spoke to yesterday evening at Geodis, she initially advised me to 'phone back after 9am when she would be able to speak to the delivery company to ascertain the circumstances of the failed delivery. I suggested that this was not an option as I had already wasted a whole day waiting for a delivery which did not arrive despite having 2 emails advising me that the items would be delivered. She then suggested that the items were not due to be delivered until today 26th. I have a copy of the Details for Consignment which clearly states that the order should be picked up on 24th and it was scanned into the Hub on 25th for delivery (according to my 2 emails) on 25th. She then advised me that she would try to speak to someone at the delivery company and put me on hold. Eventually she told me that she was experiencing some difficulties but also that she couldn't find any evidence of an email sent to me from QS stating that my order would be delivered on 25th February so would I send her proof??!!! I am not sure where she undertook her customer service training but I would imagine that insinuating that a customer is lying would not be part of any training session. I asked to speak to anyone who was in charge, she then put me on hold once again, after waiting more than 45 minutes my mobile cut off. I then 'phoned again using my landline and spoke to someone else who eventually transferred my call to Ali who told me that he was a supervisor. He was very polite and apologised for the poor service and suggested that if I made any future purchases with QS I could be given a discount to compensate me for the inconvenience caused. He advised me that my order would definately be delivered today and he would endeavour to ascertain the circumstances for the delay. I then telephoned Geodis and got through immediately to Peter Lally, he provided me with a rough idea of delivery time but suggested that an admin error had caused the delivery delay. My order has now been delivered, the driver was very pleasant and very helpful. I am a bit anxious about checking whether or not there is any damage to my order because of the anticipated stress of having to contact customer services at QS again!!

Horrible delivery and Customer service! They made numerous mistakes on sending wrong items (very cheekily in the correct box but packaging a cheaper product!), wrong delivery times and then charging us for re-deliveries. Do not use this company!! I wish I read these other similar reviews before purchasing!

DO NOT USE! Odered a Premier Athena 500mm Floor Standing WC Unit And Basin I thought I was ordering a 2 in 1 wash basin given the product description and photos showed both. It was delivered (£30) and I found that there was no WC unit in it. After speaking to customer service they told me in the small print that the WC is not included. Well then why show the product as a WC unit? This is a clear case of unethical marketing. The customer service team (who's command of English was atrocious) was very rude, unhelpful and unwilling to reach a resolution. I'll be taking it further with my credit card company and never buying from these cowboys again.

Abysmal service - delivery went back and back for a month and cost me a lot of tie and hassle . Could not get any accurate delivery information despite numerous emails and telephone calls wasting my time. Do not use this supplier whatever you do - you have been warned!!! Absolutely useless!!

I would recommend finding an alternative supplier. The estimated dates and times on the website are not realistic. Communication was sub-par. After delays to our order we called and we're assured the product would arrive at a specified date. Less than 24 hours before expecting delivery, we received yet another email saying there would be yet another delay. The call-centre is simply unable to help with anything. It's obvious they are reading from a script and beyond suggesting you send another email, they will not be able to do much. On separate occasions they offered a call-back from the manager, and each time this never happened. In fact, days later I'm still waiting on a call I'm going to assume will never happen. Eventually I asked to cancel the order when it was clear they were not going to be able to help: was told to send (yet another) email. Apparently the team that handle orders and cancellation don't use phones?!? Apparently they can't transfer calls, or CC you on an email, because their "systems" don't allow it. Was told multiple times that someone who could help was "busy" with an unspecified task. When would they be free? Probably at least 3 - 4 hours. Anything to get you off the phone. Almost comical how obvious it was they were making it up as they went along. In the end we called another company who in less than 24 hours were able to take our order and supply the exact same product! Don't be swayed by the cheap price, you'll pay for it in stress and anxiety in the long run. Avoid.

Very poor service as I had delay due to builder being ill when I opened the item it had chip on the glass I rang and sent proof but the qs supplies refused to refund which I think unacceptable as I now have a £250 door with one end of the glass with a chip poor poor service will not be purchasing anything else would rather pay more and get better service

Ordered two shower doors, both came and one was the wrong order/size to what I had ordered. After several phone calls, being passed about, was told I would need to wait for a collection and wait in another day. Then 're order. Husband took the door back for an exchange round trip of 80 miles. No sorry, no offer of fuel money as we needed it and saved them a courier. Will not use again , customer service poor.

The worst customer service ever! QS Supplies are quite happy to charge you for for product even though they know it's out of stock. In order to find out it's out of stock YOU have to phone them! No courtesy email communicating a delay, even after over a month. I'm amazed they're still in business with that attitute.
