“I’ve given a 3 star because the customer service was second to none; Ben Nicholls was a star in dealing with the issues I encountered - I had to pay delivery separately because the website didn’t charge it due to a technical problem, which delayed my delivery; when the delivery arrived, the wrong product was sent! Ben was very responsive and dispatched the right product straight away.”
