QDOS Breakdown is an emerging force in the motor breakdown and vehicle recovery market. We are also known as QDOS Rescue Services and are a trading style of QDOS Insurance Services, who has operated as an insurance intermediary since 2007. We started selling breakdown cover on the internet in February 2011 and have never looked back.

“When i purchased cover from qdos i couldnt believe how cheap it was. And you wouldnt believe it but after a few weeks i had to get the breakdown service out first time in 20 years. The service was brilliant quick efficient and very friendly service. Thank goodness only my battery even though ive only got 34000 miles on the clock. I would certainly reccomend them to anyone, once again qdos many thanks.”

“Shortly after signing up.II had to call on you as I had a puncture, Because of my age, I was unable to change the wheel on my own. But within the hour your very oBliging and helpful mechanic arrived and change the punctured wheel for me The service I received was first class. Thank you”

“My vehicle did breakdown and was recovered to a garage. The communication whilst the vehicle was in the garage could have been better and was definitely improved after I raised a call to complain. If the communication is improved the this service review would be upgraded to good or very good.”

“Very efficient and very helpful. I don't know about the actual roadside repair service efficiency as to date I haven't had to use it. Long may that situation continue! Disappointed that I couldn't renew it on line this time as sage pay bombed me out!”

“A good price, I was a bit unsure of them as not one of the major providers of breakdown cover. However seemed ok. I have had to make one call out, I came back from holiday and my car battery was dead, I had home start on my policy. I was told they would call me back. I got the call and they said "I'm afraid we won't have anyone to you for an hour and a half, will that be ok?" I said no it wouldn't, if I'd have known you couldn't do a 60min response as advertised I could have gone with one of the big three". The lady did say she would try and find another contractor and they did in the end, arrived just over the hour mark. I'm all for giving a new company a chance and they did deliver in the end. 3 Stars is for a "normal" service”

“I looked on the internet and looked at your prices and what you offered in the complete package and found it suitable for what i required . but how good you are will tell me if i happen to breakdown and your responce time .( not that i want to breakdown ). Before i bought your breakdown cover i spoke to someone on live chat who i thought very good that was on a Friday and on the following Monday i rang and spoke to the same person , then went ahead and paid .
